The success of MPRII can be directly affected since all procedures in the workflow such as the standard of production procedures; product quality and packaging, etc are involved.

Generate P.O. in accordance with inventory level and supplier database through the material requisition plan.

Routing
Record the information of every working center during the process of material value adding. The route of the value adding procedures and management separately determines the settings of different materials in each working center. Those related information such as value added implementation, manufacturing procedures, tools, materials, assembly BOM, production batches, standards of spare part installation, cost structure, total consumption of man power for production are determined. Resources consumption level can be set so as to ease the analysis of resources requirement.
