Welcome to enter at our self-service set-up Procedure:

 
1st step: After you received our product (Including method™ server and external firewall box),
please set up the external firewall box first. You may click at here to download the manual.
 
2nd step: Then, click at customer service center to fill up the Form Method? Server Setup Application.
Note: MAC number must be provided (Labeled at the bottom of the external firewall box)
 
3rd step: Our Customer Service Executive will send the server administrator control information about your server to you through your specific e-mail account after we received your method™ server set up application.
 
4th step: Please click at here to download the Quick Installation User Manual for self set-up.
